The Cubs have traded Omar Infante and Will Ohman to the Atlanta Braves for right-handed pitcher Jose Ascanio.
Good move for the Cubs, I think. I think Hendry is freeing up space for something big. We'll have to wait and see!
Cubs have also been linked to Mark Teahen and Josh Hamilton in the past few hours.

the cubs are also linked to such names as nate mclouth, nick swisher, raul ibanez, orlando hudson, brian roberts, cristian guzman, and even johnny damon of all people!
looks like we may have a number of back-up left handed or switch hitting outfielders to fall back on if Fukudome doesn't end up in a cubs uniform.
